Future plans · PSP 1054

A blueprint built around a creek.

Cardinia Creek South is planned under the Victorian Planning Authority's Precinct Structure Plan 1054. Part 1 was approved in 2019 and is delivering homes today. Part 2 is a pipeline extension — adding approximately 1,100 more homes, reserved school sites, a local town centre, and a Growling Grass Frog conservation corridor.

~1,100 new homes

Approximately 1,100 dwellings across Part 2, complementing the already-approved Part 1.

Local town centre

A neighbourhood town centre planned to serve day-to-day retail, services and community life.

Schools

Reserved government and non-government school sites within the precinct.

Conservation corridor

The Growling Grass Frog conservation corridor along Cardinia Creek — the environmental hero of the precinct.

Open space & green spine

A connected network of parks, trails and open space stitched through neighbourhoods.

A future community

A staged, family-oriented community designed to grow across the next decade.

Indicative delivery timeline
